A full refund may be granted if your project has not yet started or if you have not accepted the proposed design style.
If you have accepted the initial design style but find the delivered work not in compliance with our delivery policy, a partial refund will be processed based on the completed work.
Unfortunately, refunds are not applicable for project phases that are already in progress. Special marketing services, due to their expiration dates and limited availability, cannot be canceled.
